How does the Charm Bar work?
Pick your base, then choose your charms! I’ll put everything together for you and ship your finished piece ready to wear, clip, or gift.
Can I choose the order of my charms?
Yep! If you have a specific arrangement in mind, leave me a note at checkout. For necklaces, list your charms from left to right. For chain-style bag charms, list them from top to bottom. For everything else, leave the arranging to me! ✨
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly...and that's part of the beauty of a charm bar. Handmade porcelain charms may vary slightly in color, shape, size, and details. Assorted charms may also vary slightly from the photos. As we say in OCD recovery: embrace uncertainty!
I saw a charm in a photo, but I don't see it online. Where is it?
Charm Bar options are always changing! Some charms are limited, one-of-a-kind, seasonal, or only available IRL, so you may spot charms in photos that aren't currently available online.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically prepared and packed within 5–7 business days. Shipping/transit time is additional. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.
