Returns + Refunds

I want you to love your Vase Your Fears order! If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue with your order, please email vaseyourfears@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so I can make it right.

Charm Bar + customized items
Because Charm Bar pieces are assembled specifically for you based on your selections, customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Other items
For non-customized items, please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Handmade pieces
Many Vase Your Fears pieces are handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, glaze, size, and other details are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Cancellations + order changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, email vaseyourfears@gmail.com as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate changes, but once a customized order has been started or an order has shipped, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
